When can I Place an Order?
You can place your order anytime during the day, however our delivery service is available from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Any orders placed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM will be immediately processed during normal delivery working hours.
How long it will take before I receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3 Hours. The delivery time is dependent on the supplier's resources, traffic conditions, number of items ordered and the location of delivery.
Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?
All orders are processed instantly so you will not be able to add or delete items from the order once it is placed. Our system is designed to give you a final overview about the order before it is placed.
When I place my order how will I know whether an item is in stock?
For your convenience and to give a similar in-store experience, our system will not display an Out of Stock items and will only display the on-shelf products. In rare instances some item become out of stock due to many orders being placed at the same time, in such case, our customer service team will notify you promptly.
How do I return my purchase?
Please keep the original receipt in order to be able to return any purchase during 14 days, however due to the nature of the products, some items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Please contact our customer Service for inquiry about the nature of the product before attempting any return action. and one of our team will be glad to help you.
What happens if there is an issue with my order after it was delivered?
If there are any issue with your order, please contact our service center or send an email to [email protected] and one of our customer service team will be glad to help you and reslove the issue.
